The CHRMP Support Center is the platform using which you can get all your queries/concerns/doubts resolved in any of the following departments:
Academy Technical Issue Department: If you are facing any technical issues related to the academy, you can raise your concerns here.
CHRMP Training Department: If you are facing any issues related to your training with CHRMP, you can raise your concerns here.
CHRMP Examination and Certification Department: If you are facing any issues related to your certification or have any doubts/queries regarding the examination, you can raise your concerns here.
CHRMP CPD Membership Department: If you have a query related to membership you can raise your concerns here.
You can submit your query by raising a ticket in two ways. The first method is by directly visiting https://support.chrmp.com/portal/en/home.
Step 1: Visit https://support.chrmp.com/portal/en/home. At the bottom of the page, you will find the option 'submit a ticket'.
Step 2: Select your concerned department. Click on the “Submit ticket” button to raise a query.
Step 3: Start filling the form. Enter your name, email, subject and the description of the issue you are facing.
Step 4: Search for your product name. For example, you are enrolled in CHRMP Foundation, you can type it in the search bar and select it.
Step 5: Under additional information click on the priority drop-down menu and select the level of the priority of your concern.
Step 6: Click on the classifications drop-down menu and select the category of your concern.
Step 7: You can add screenshots of your concern, although that is optional and relative from department to department. You can explain a technical problem better with screenshots. Once you have filled in the entire form, click on submit. Our team will get in touch with you at the earliest.
The second method to raise a ticket is by visiting academy.chrmp.com/.
Step 1: Go to academy.chrmp.com/ and click on the drop-down menu next to your name and click on Raise New Ticket.
Step 2: Then click on 'raise new ticket'.
Step 3: After this, follow the same procedure starting from Step 2 of the first method shared above.
