You can submit your query by raising a ticket in two ways. The first method is by directly visiting support.chrmp.com.
Step 1: Visit support.chrmp.com. At the bottom of the page, you will find the option 'submit a ticket'.
Step 2: Select your concerned department. Click on the “Submit ticket” button to raise a query.
Step 3: Start filling the form. Enter your name, email, subject and the description of the issue you are facing.
Step 4: Search for your product name. For example, you are enrolled in CHRMP Foundation, you can type it in the search bar and select it.
Step 5: Under additional information click on the priority drop-down menu and select the level of the priority of your concern.
