I have passed my certification exam. When will I get my certificate?
Congratulations on passing your CHRMP certification exam! We understand the importance of receiving your certificate promptly to celebrate your achievement. Typically, we review your exam report and process the issuance of certificates within 10 days from the date you successfully pass the exam.
If you have passed your exam and 10 days have elapsed without receiving your certificate, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for an update. You can contact us at
exam@chrmp.com, and our dedicated team will be more than happy to provide you with the status of your certificate. After releasing the certificate we also send out an email informing the same.
Certificate emails also go into spam/promotions, etc. folders of your mailbox. So we recommend you to recheck your email and contact us.
