What are the next steps for me after I have cleared my certification exam?

After you have successfully cleared your certification exam, you need to do the following few things.

Step 1: Update your LinkedIn account with the credentials of your digital certification.

This ensures that your profile gets maximum visibility. CHRMP certifications lend a lot of visibility and credibility to your resume. After you've received your certification, you can share it on social platforms like LinkedIn. To know the process of linking your digital credentials to LinkedIn, click here.

Step 2: Update your CV with the certification. 

You can add the barcode of your certificate to your CV so that anyone who wishes to verify your credentials can do so with a quick scan.

You can also attach the digital badge that you have received with the certificate to your CV.

Step 3: Join our alumni network. We have an active alumni network. So join that network, and be part of the alumni group. You can participate in the events and seminars that happen for the alumni.

We also have a Jobshare platform which is a  crowdsourced group for sharing job openings only in the domain of HR. This serves to build a symbiotic relationship between CHRMPians who engage for professional networking purposes.
