Exam Structure

• Most CHRMP certification exams consist of 45 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes.
• The HRBP certification exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 90 minutes.

Scheduling the Exam

• While filling out the exam requisition form, please choose an exam date that is at least three days from the date of submission.
• You may schedule your exam on any day, including weekends and public holidays.

After submitting the form:

• You will immediately receive an acknowledgement email with the submitted details. Please review this information carefully and inform us of any corrections within 1 day to ensure the accuracy of your certification record. If we do not hear from you within that period, we will assume the details are correct and proceed to schedule your exam as per your request.
• On the next working day, you will receive an email containing your exam link and instructions.
• The exam link will remain active on your selected date from 12:00 AM IST to 11:30 PM IST (please convert to your local time zone), and you may begin the exam at any point during this window.

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your exam at no additional cost if the request is made at least 2 business days before your scheduled date.
• If the request is made within 2 business days of the exam, rescheduling will not be possible. In such cases, the exam will either need to be taken as originally scheduled or the opportunity will be forfeited. To take the exam again, the applicable exam fee will need to be paid afresh.
